Okay okay, I know it’s a casserole…but I hate the word “casserole”! It makes me think of food that’s served at funerals and family reunions. So I call casseroles a bake when I think I can get away with it, which means when I’m not around my mom 🙂

How Cheerleading Turned Me Into a Hairbow Making Maniac

Okay, so KK has been pretty active the last year or two. Gymnastics, jazz, ballet (which she hated),volleyball camp, cheerleading with the YMCA (which was an awful experience by the way)! Out of all of those, her favorite was cheerleading. She enjoyed gymnastics, or at least the floor routines, but wasn’t a fan of the bars or beam.

First blog post…geez…no pressure here!

I’ve never had a blog, or a website, or even been good at keeping a journal! I would think that starting at the beginning makes sense (let’s start at the very beginning, a very good place to start…..LOVE Sound of Music)! I’m a 30 year old new stay at home mom (not a new mom, just new to staying at home)! I have two pretty kick-a@# kids. Kayden (KK) is 8 and in 3rd grade. Jaxson (Jax) is 2 and ALL BOY!

Cheating on Christmas Presents

I totally feel like I cheated on my kids Christmas presents this year! Okay, I see how that might need an explanation. My daughter, KK, is 8. She’s a girly girl into all kinds of girly things. She has a Barbie house, Barbie RV, Barbie convertible, Barbie airplane…ok so you get the point…right? Her room was OVERLOADED with toys. Some that stay on her floor most of the time and others that never make it out of the darkness of her toy box.
